One-pot synthesis of ZnFe2O4/C hollow spheres as superior anode materials for lithium ion batteries.
ZnFe(2)O(4)/C hollow spheres have been synthesized via a facile solvothermal route using low cost raw materials. The resulting composite showed a very high specific capacity of 841 mAh g(-1) after 30 cycles and good rate capability.

A SnO2/graphene nanocomposite was prepared via a facile solvothermal process using stannous octoate as a Sn source. The as-prepared SnO2/graphene nanocomposite exhibited excellent electrochemical behavior with a high reversible capacity, a long cycle life and a good rate capability when used as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries.
متن کاملElectrochemical Evaluation of PbO Nanoparticles as Anode for Lithium Ion Batteries (Technical Note)
PbO nanoparticles were synthesized using hydrothermal process. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used in order to investigate of PbO powders. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern confirmed β-PbO formation during this process. The crystallite size of the powders was calculated using Scherrer formula about 74.6 nm. Electrochemical evaluation of the PbO nanoparticles as anode for Li-ion batteries ...

CoO/CoFe(2)O(4) nanocomposites, derived from scalably prepared CoFe-layered double hydroxide (CoFe-LDH) single-resource precursors, exhibit tunable cycle performances and rate capabilities, which are supported by the homogenous dispersion of bi-component active CoO and CoFe(2)O(4) phases.
متن کاملPartially crystalline Zn₂GeO₄ nanorod/graphene composites as anode materials for high performance lithium ion batteries.
Zn2GeO4 nanorod/graphene composites (ZGCs) were yielded by a two-step hydrothermal processing. Crystalline and amorphous regions were found to coexist in a single Zn2GeO4 nanorod. The surface of the Zn2GeO4 nanorod was compactly covered and anchored by graphene sheets. The ZGCs were then utilized as anodes for lithium ion batteries (LIBs). Intriguingly, partially crystalline ZGC containing 10.2...
